Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic individuals for our Inbound Airline Voice Process to assist US-based customers with travel bookings. This is a sales-focused voice process requiring excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend 15–30 inbound calls daily from US customers

• Assist with flight, hotel, and cruise bookings

• Provide prompt and professional resolution to customer queries

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings (no cold calling or lead generation)

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in spoken English

• Comfortable working in night shifts (US Time Zone)

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000/month for the first 3 months + unlimited incentives

• Up to ₹20,000/month after 3 months + unlimited incentives

• Performance-based incentives (uncapped)

• Salary credited on the 1st of every month

• 24 paid leaves per year + Birthday leave with double pay

• Leave encashment and compensatory offs

• One-way cab facility for odd hours
