- Handle customer travel queries on calls
- Provide flight options, fares, and routing support
- Convert warm leads into bookings
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain high call quality and sales conversion standards
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) preferred
- Proven travel sales closing background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, support-driven environment
