About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented International Travel Sales Executives (Freshers welcome!) who are passionate about travel and eager to build a career in the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their international travel needs, offering tailored packages, and closing sales through exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
You will receive 3 months of comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills, product knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with potential clients via phone, email, or in person to understand their international travel requirements.
Promote and sell international travel packages, including flights, hotels, visas, tours, and other travel-related services.
Provide destination advice, travel itineraries, and cost estimates based on customer preferences and budget.
Convert leads into bookings by building rapport, handling objections, and following up diligently.
Maintain customer records, travel documents, and payment details accurately.
Stay updated with international travel trends, visa regulations, and airline/partner promotions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (operations, visa, ticketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (any stream – Travel/Tourism/Hospitality preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Passion for travel and international destinations
Strong customer service and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if required)
Training Program:
A 3-month training program will be provided to all selected candidates.
The training will cover:
Product knowledge (international destinations, packages, and services)
Sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
Communication and negotiation skills
Travel industry basics (visa regulations, international airlines, and hotel partnerships)
Use of CRM and travel booking systems
On-the-job mentoring and feedback will be provided throughout the training period.
