Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic professionals for International Telesales (Outbound). The role requires engaging with international customers, handling outbound calls, and driving sales through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to international clients.

• Pitch products/services effectively and close sales.

• Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: SSC or Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Telesales / Collections / Upselling / Cross-selling / Renewals

• Languages: English + Hindi (mandatory)

• Age: 23 – 39 years

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000 In-Hand (based on last drawn)

• Unlimited Incentives

• Shift: 11 PM – 9 AM

• 2 Rotational Offs per week

• Immediate joining with on-roll opportunity
