Job Overview:
Dreamland Escapes is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability
to convert leads into confirmed sales. This role is critical in engaging prospective clients,
following up on inquiries, and contributing directly to our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing, website, and social
media inquiries.
• Effectively communicate with potential customers to understand their travel needs.
• Convert inquiries into bookings for domestic and international holiday packages.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain lead databases and update CRM systems with interaction details.
• Assist the sales and operations team in coordination and documentation as needed.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly telecalling targets and conversion KPIs.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally to maintain service quality.
