🧾 Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Health Insurance Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating clients about various health insurance policies, assisting them in selecting the best plan according to their needs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ health and financial needs to recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Explain policy details, benefits, exclusions, and costs in a simple and clear manner.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and follow-ups.

• Assist clients in completing applications and submitting necessary documents.

• Maintain regular contact with existing policyholders for renewals and updates.

• Stay updated on new health insurance products, industry trends, and IRDAI regulations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to the manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of insurance terms and health plans.

• Prior experience in insurance or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English.
