Understand and learn the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
Assist in identifying and generating new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and prospect information.
Respond to incoming inquiries and follow up on warm leads.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and present performance reports.
Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
