Alive Healthcare Private Limited is a leading provider, serving customers across [market or region]. We’re seeking a motivated Inside Product Sales Representative to drive sales growth from within the organization, helping customers find the right solutions and maximizing revenue through effective product positioning.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chats to promote and sell products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to close sales.
Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently communicate features, benefits, and pricing.
Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams to support campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Use CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report performance.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone or digitally.
Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
