We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team at Samala Udyog Private Limited. The role involves lead generation by tele-calling and executing sales and managing customer complaints and supporting marketing & sales management process. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and plenty of opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Main activities are cold calling by telephone, product explanation, product usage demo, sales pitching, taking customer orders, customer complaints management, preparing reports, etc.
Trading experience of chemicals (B2B sales or field sales) or FMCG / pharma products or online retail sales on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, etc. is vital.
Job requires writing sales reports, knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint, email is essential.
Experience in government tender process on GeM portal or experience in export sales is desirable.
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist sales and marketing functions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience in sales function, preferably in chemicals or FMCG sector. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
