Job Description:

Lead Generation & Outreach

 Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and other

sources.

 Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, Whats App, and cold calling to pitch our

services.

 Nurture leads by understanding their requirements and presenting tailored

solutions.

Sales & Closing Deals

 Conduct sales calls and meetings to convince and convert leads into clients.

 Negotiate pricing, contracts, and other terms to close deals successfully.

 Overcome objections and provide solutions to client concerns.

Relationship Management & Follow-ups

 Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients.

 Ensure client on boarding is smooth post-sale.

 Follow up on client needs and identify up sell opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting

 Work closely with the strategy, execution, and client relationship teams to ensure a

smooth transition post-sale.

 Maintain a database of leads, sales activities, and deal progress.

 Track performance metrics and report on sales goals.

Requirements:

 Freshers are welcome! No prior experience required.

 Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

 Proficiency in email, LinkedIn, Whats App, and basic sales tools.

 Ability to handle objections, think on your feet, and close deals.

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
