Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions.
Schedule and conduct virtual product demos and presentations.
Collaborate with marketing to convert campaign leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer support, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing sales roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
