Position: Sr.Business Development Executive, Sales
Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore
Job Specifications:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face & maintaining good rapport with the clients of the company.
Understanding the requirement of the client & provide services as required.
Respond promptly to customer inquiry.
Handle and resolve customer complaint.
Follow up on customer interactions.
Manage & updating customer’s account on daily basis.
Converting leads into business.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Record details of actions taken.
Transfer the unresolved issues to designated authority for solution.
Experience:
Educational Qualification: PUC/Degree
Experience: 2+ years of sales experience
CTC: Negotiable + incentive + allowance
Must to have’s:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven with proven leadership qualities and ability
• Peoples person who would love to meet and greet people
• Bike for travelling
