Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads from social, website, WhatsApp, ads, or referrals
Trip Consultation: Understand client preferences; pitch our trips and explain Nomichi’s unique value
Sales Closure: Convert leads through strategic follow-ups and persuasive, value-driven communication
CRM Updates: Maintain lead data in Google Sheets or CRM; categorize based on interest and stage
Performance: Meet monthly sales targets; share market feedback
Required Skills: Excellent communication, people-first attitude, basic Excel, passion for sales or travel
