Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Success Associates. The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing guidance on our Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Motor Insurance products. This is a target-driven role suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls.
• Explain Life, Health, and Motor Insurance products clearly and effectively.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. • Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines during conversations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve performance and meet goals.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a 6-day rotational shift (female candidates before 8 PM).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
