Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging machinery industry.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.
6. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
7. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.
8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development in the packaging industry.
3. Strong knowledge of packaging machinery and solutions.
4. Excellent selling skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
