We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales for our project-based clean energy solutions. The role involves outbound calling, online presentations, relationship building, and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound B2B sales calls and lead qualification

• Pitching solutions to key decision-makers

• Conducting professional online presentations

• CRM management and sales reporting

• Meeting sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Excellent communication in English & Hindi

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Confident and professional demeanor

• Prior experience in CRM and inside sales processes

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday | Alternate Saturdays Working | 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
