Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our Mumbai team. The role will focus on both lead generation and sales coordination, targeting global B2B clients. You’ll be responsible for connecting with decision-makers, explaining our services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments or closing initial-level sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects and introduce our database & marketing services.

• Identify the right point of contact within companies and qualify leads based on interest.

• Understand client requirements and share information about appropriate service offerings.

• Schedule appointments or demos with the senior sales team for deeper engagement.

• Handle follow-ups with warm leads and coordinate the sales cycle.

• performing end to end sales.

• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems or Excel, ensuring up-to-date lead status.

• Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach, appointments, and lead quality.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, tele-calling, or lead generation preferred (freshers with strong English may apply).

• Comfortable making international calls and handling global clients.

• Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel-based data tracking.

• Confidence, persistence, and a target-oriented attitude.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
