Manage admission process and handle offline/online queries effectively.
Maintain strong customer relationship management through regular interaction.
Handle data management, CRM/ERP usage, and reporting.
Support office administration and contribute to counselling activities.
Participate in training programs, upskill continuously, and implement innovative initiatives.
Increase student enrolments and achieve admission targets.
Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly sales & enrolment reports.
Ensure high student/parent satisfaction and positive feedback.
Strong communication, persuasion, and rapport-building skills.
Fluency in English with excellent telephone etiquette.
Knowledge of MS Office, internet research, and CRM tools.
