Inside Sales Executive – HCK Solar

HCK Solar draws its strength from 25 years of experience in Low Voltage projects, specializes in security infrastructure solutions for industry and government, leveraging its legacy and expertise.
HCK Solar offers turnkey design, engineering, installation & commissioning of Solar Power Plants across the country as a vendor-neutral solutions provider bringing best-in-class value and services.
Our projects under execution include Jute Mills, Linen Spinning Mills, Lifestyle & Stitching Units. Our experienced team has delivered projects in Plastics, Cables, Jute, Iron & Steel, Chemical, and multiple other industry verticals and has hands-on knowledge of executing over 1 Gigawatt of projects.
We are looking for a confident and proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate leads and engage with commercial and industrial clients. The role involves reaching out to business owners / decision-makers to promote our solar solutions, qualify their requirements, and schedule meetings for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients from various sectors (industrial, commercial, institutional)
· Present and explain solar power solutions suitable for business operations
· Identify key decision-makers and gather client requirements
· Schedule appointments and meetings for the field/business development team
· Maintain and update a B2B leads database (CRM)
· Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets
· Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
· Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends
· Provide feedback on call quality, lead quality, and objections received
Candidate Requirements:
· 1–5 years of telecalling or telesales experience, preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and lead qualification skills
· Working knowledge of MS Office
· Fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali
· Minimum 10+2 / Graduation preferred
