We are looking for a Ads Consultant for Amazon process to join our team Grassroots Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
Offers support in advertising to sellers registered on Amazon who are active on ads panel.
Monitors the performance of activated advertisements through virtual light account management services.
Delivers prompt and effective service to sellers and merchants, ensuring proper escalation of any issues they may encounter.
Maintains a consistently positive and professional demeanor, presenting the company in a favorable light and adeptly handling sensitive issues.
Demonstrates strong time-management skills, working independently while utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
Contributes to fostering a positive team environment, proactively assisting team members with challenging interactions when needed.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with a preference for those holding a management entitlement; however, candidates with other academic backgrounds must meet the following experience criteria.
• A minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is required for individuals without a management degree, in fields such as Sales, E-commerce, Customer Support, Ads Sales, Digital Ads, or Cold Calling.
• Ads Certification (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads) is an added advantage
• Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English and Hindi is Mandate, with knowledge of a regional language considered an additional advantage.
• Technical proficiency, particularly in Computers and the Internet, is a prerequisite.
• To maintain hygiene factors at work through compliance factors maintenance which are said to be mandated at work atmosphere.
