Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and onboard potential manufacturers and exporters on the platform.

• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and virtual/e-meetings with clients.

• Explain company services, membership benefits, and pricing plans.

• Generate leads through online platforms, industry databases, and field activities.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the backend team for documentation, onboarding, and service delivery.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain daily reports, CRM updates, and communication records.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of exports, B2B platforms, or willingness to learn.

• Ability to explain services clearly and professionally.

• Good command of English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of MS Office, email writing, and online research.

Qualification

• Minimum: Any / 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Freshers or experienced candidates (0–1 years) in sales, BPO, insurance/credit card or business development can apply.
