We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into sales. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Fluency in English and local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) is
