Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales over the phone and email. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and emails

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

• Maintain CRM and update sales activity records

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales or tele-sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
