We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to manage lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversions through phone calls, emails, and online communication. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple leads, and consistent follow-up to convert prospects into clients.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
Contact potential customers to understand their needs and offer relevant products/services.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information.
Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads to create sales opportunities.
Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls for the field sales team when required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer handling preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections confidently.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
