Inside Sales Executive (Female candidates preferred)

Location: Rohtak
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Inside Sales / Customer Support / Manufacturing Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for industrial components and fasteners.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product details, pricing, MOQ, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up for order closure.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and support new business development.

• Update CRM/ERP systems, track order pipelines, and manage follow-ups.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in inside sales or customer support, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Ability to understand technical product enquiries (training support available).

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and ERP systems.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in any stream.

• Experience in fasteners/engineering/manufacturing is an added advantage.
