Role Objective:
Assist in managing operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform, ensuring timely product updates, order processing, and compliance with all platform regulations.
Key Responsibilities
GeM Platform Operations:
Register and manage the company's profile on the GeM portal.
Upload, update, and maintain product catalogs and specifications.
Monitor GeM notifications, tenders, and bids.
Tender Management:
Identify and analyze relevant tenders that align with the company’s product offerings.
Assist in preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Order and Payment Processing:
Manage order processing, invoice generation, and payment tracking.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders and payments.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain documentation for bids, tenders, and orders.
Ensure adherence to GeM platform policies and government procurement guidelines.
Communication and Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary product and pricing information.
Liaise with clients and authorities regarding inquiries or discrepancies.
Training and Skill Development:
Stay updated on GeM portal upgrades and procurement policies.
Learn and apply best practices for tender participation and e-marketplace management.
Working Time :- 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM{WFO}
Weekly Off :- Wednesday
