Role Overview

The Assistant Franchise Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and managing franchise partners, ensuring seamless operations, resolving queries, and maintaining strong communication between internal teams and franchisees.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily coordination with franchise partners and provide operational support.

• Assist in onboarding new franchisees, including documentation and training.

• Track franchise performance, maintain reports, and share insights with management.

• Resolve franchise-related queries by coordinating with internal teams (operations, technical, finance).

• Monitor franchise compliance with company standards and processes.

• Help organize training sessions, review meetings, and franchise events.

• Prepare documentation, presentations, and communication materials.

• Manage communications professionally via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to handle multitasking and manage deadlines.

• Experience in coordination, operations, or franchise management preferred.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream

• 2–3 years of relevant experience

Work Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
