The Field Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular field visits, effective communication with clients, and close coordination with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Identify potential customers through market research, field visits, and networking.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Collect and analyze market information to provide feedback on competition, pricing, and customer trends.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer service.
Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and visit reports.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales or business development (FMCG, industrial, service, or relevant sector).
