Job Overview:

The Education Counselor will guide students through course selection, admission procedure, and career opportunities. This role demands strong communication, counseling skills, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding courses & career paths.

• Explain NDMIT programs, certifications, placement support, and benefits.

• Convert leads generated by telecallers into admissions.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and presentations.

• Maintain proper records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.

• Assist students in completing admission formalities.

• Build strong rapport with students and maintain retention.

• Coordinate with the branch head for daily reporting and targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or education sector.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Confident, presentable, and student-friendly attitude.

• Strong convincing and counseling ability.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
