We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant B2B Sales Executive to support our IT skills development training services and IT products sales. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, generate leads, explain training programs and product offerings, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients, educational partners, HR teams, and businesses.
Promote IT skills development training programs and IT products.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training solutions or products.
Explain IT product features and pricing clearly to corporate clients.
Convert leads into confirmed sales through consultative selling.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Schedule meetings for senior sales managers and training coordinators.
Handle inquiries, share catalogs, proposals, and training brochures.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for female candidate those who are good communicator, friendly, computer skills, soft skills, technical knowledge (optional), we also provide training and work schedules. 5 or 6 days of work. 60% work from home and 40% work from office. No travel there.
Folloing are the requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Under Graduates with knowledge of Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (preferred).
Communication skills (English, Hindi, or Kannada language).
Basic understanding of IT training programs (software development,etc)
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way.
Good telecalling etiquette and customer handling skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and deliver results.
