Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products or services�
�.Handle inbound calls, resolving customer queries and providing accurate information about products and services�
�.Maintain and update customer databases, record call details, feedback, and follow-up requirements�
�.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions�
.Use scripts for calls, customize messaging based on conversation flow, and memorize key product details�
�.Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects, and collect feedback for service improvement�
�.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment and performance improvement
�.Prepare reports and documentation based on customer conversations for organizational review�.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th grade or higher; graduation is preferred by some employers�
�.Prior experience in sales, telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage�
�.Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle rejections professionally�
�.Basic computer literacy, with familiarity in CRM software and data entry�
�.Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to change communication style as needed�
�.Good time management and multitasking ability to handle high call volumes and performance targets�
.Organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills for maintaining accurate records and resolving issues�
