Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Customer Support Executive (Voice procces) to promote and to join our team Varnav Infotech LLP. The role involves generating leads, explaining product features, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

📍 Location: 7th floor corporate greens E299 8A mohali, Industrial Area, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160055

Key Responsibilities:

1.Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote credit card products

2.Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects into customers.

3.Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly.

4.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned

5.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options.

Requirements:

1.Good communication and interpersonal skills

2.Basic understanding of financial products (credit cards) is an advantage

3.Proficiency in local language and/or basic English.

4.Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

5.Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or banking/financial services preferred.

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month
