Shift Timing: Between 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM (9-Hour Rotational Shift)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
Salary:
₹12,500/month (Freshers)
₹18,000/month (Candidates with 1+ Year Experience)

Job Description:
we are hiring Customer Service Executives who are passionate about client communication and are looking to start or grow their career in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and service requests over calls/emails
Provide accurate information related to general insurance policies
Assist in claims-related queries and policy servicing
Maintain proper call documentation and adhere to quality standards
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
0 to 2 years of work experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Willingness to work in a rotational shift and week-offs schedule
