Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with strong communication and persuasion skills for an outbound sales process. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and driving conversions in a target-driven environment.

Rolls and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential domestic customers

Clearly communicate product/service benefits

Generate interest and convert leads into sales

Maintain call logs and daily reports

Meet sales targets and follow up with leads

Handle objections and queries with professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate pass-out (mandatory)

0 to 2 years experience (Insurance experience will be add on advantage)

Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication

Prior experience in outbound telesales or customer support

Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, etc.)

Comfortable with sales targets and 6-day working schedule
