We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join the Happi Mobiles team. In this role, you will be the voice of the brand, helping customers with their queries related to mobile phones, services, warranties, orders, and post-sales support. Your role will be crucial in delivering an excellent customer experience and building long-term loyalty.
Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and walk-in customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Provide information about products, offers, EMI schemes, warranties, and service policies
Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and ensure a positive outcome
Follow up on escalations and pending cases until closure
Coordinate with service teams, logistics, and store teams to deliver seamless service
Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in CRM tools
Support marketing and promotional campaigns by informing customers about current offers
Handle after-sales service and repair queries for mobile phones and accessories
Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in mobile retail, electronics, or e-commerce
Excellent communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred)
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, as per retail hours
