We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs to drive conversions. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Pitch products or services effectively to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement.
Follow communication scripts, policies, and guidelines.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 6months in sales/customer service (BPO experience preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
