We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager to bring their Manufacturing expertise to our team at H K Consultants & Engineers Private Limited in Sangrur, Dhuri. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹12000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Must have proficiency in English language.
