Call customers post-purchase or post-service to gather feedback and understand their experience & Call customer Pre service to explain the price/specification
Identify customer concerns, issues, or suggestions and escalate to relevant departments if needed
Record customer responses and observations accurately in the CRM system
Maintain follow-up logs to ensure timely closure of customer issues
Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction is tracked regularly
Requirement :
HSC/Graduate with Minimum 2yrs of experience in Tellecalling
Good communication & Basic Excel or reporting skills
