The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The CRE also plays a vital role in driving sales and promoting services or products.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure effective problem resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet or exceed customer service and sales targets.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Multilingual capabilities (if required for the region).
Knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Sales-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
