We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the delivery of our transformational services. You’ll be the frontline brand ambassador—building trust, maintaining relationships, and driving client success.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Guide potential clients through our services and onboarding process.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Update CRM records and ensure accurate tracking of communication and service status.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to resolve customer queries and ensure timely delivery.
Escalate client issues where necessary and ensure proper resolution and client satisfaction.
Support strategy session scheduling and post-service relationship follow-up.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Basic understanding of business services and digital tools
Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and email communication
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in customer support, relationship management, or telecalling is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month
