We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will act as a liaison between our company and customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure prompt resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Suggest improvements to processes for enhanced customer experience.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
