Requirements
Experience of 0-1 year in a domestic call centre
Qualifications:
· Education; graduate preferred.
· Proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages like- Marati, Kannada, Manipuri, and basic English communication skills.
· Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
· Good listening skills and patience.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
