We are seeking dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our team for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and effectively resolving issues. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any two South Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
Age between 18 to 30 years.
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in any two South Indian languages Kannada, Malayalam,
Ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs.
Prior experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage.
