Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
Resolve customer queries and complaints with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain call quality and follow standard service protocols.
Update customer information in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years in BPO or customer service (preferred)
Languages Required: English, Hindi, Tamil , Kannada
Skills:
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
