Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Care Executives (Voice & Sales Process). This role involves engaging with customers, resolving their queries, and promoting our products and services through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service offerings.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Close sales and meet monthly targets.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Age between 18 to 30 years.
Good communication skills in English, tamil,kannada,Hindi, and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge is essential.
Prior BPO or sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
