We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to maintain customer satisfaction across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Provide product/service information and support to customers.
Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and targets.
