Key Responsibilities:

Telesales Duties:

Customer Support Duties:

• Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and positive communication.

• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
