We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Elevate X Solutions. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Query Handling
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, or email in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure first-contact resolution by addressing queries, complaints, or service requests effectively.
Maintain a high standard of communication and empathy while engaging with customers.
2. Service Quality & Customer Satisfaction
Achieve defined targets for customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS).
Record customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to seniors for quick resolution.
Consistently meet service quality benchmarks like AHT (Average Handling Time) and FCR (First Call Resolution).
3. Product & Process Knowledge
Stay updated with product details, policies, and service processes to assist customers accurately.
Participate in refresher trainings and contribute suggestions for process improvement.
Maintain compliance with company guidelines and data protection norms.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM/system for record-keeping and analysis.
Generate and maintain daily/weekly reports on call performance, issue categories, and feedback trends.
Support audit and quality teams with required documentation.
5. Team Collaboration & Target Achievement
Work closely with team leads and quality analysts to improve performance.
Contribute to meeting daily, weekly, and monthly team targets (volume, quality, efficiency).
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
6. Continuous Improvement & Professionalism
Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience.
Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, and adherence to roster and attendance guidelines.
Uphold the company’s image through professional conduct and proactive problem-solving.
