We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team for promoting and selling credit cards. The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining product features, and ensuring smooth onboarding while achieving sales targets.
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, telecalling, or corporate tie-ups.
Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and offers to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into successful card applications.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/sales reports.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, and RBI regulations.
Provide after-sales support to customers and resolve queries if required.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or financial products (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of banking/financial products will be an added advantage.
