Tele - Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and provide information about courses, admissions, or services.
Counsel and guide students/parents about the right career path, programs, or opportunities based on their interests.
Handle inbound inquiries, explain offerings clearly, and resolve doubts.
Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions and admissions.
Coordinate with the admissions team for application processes and updates.
Build trust and maintain positive relationships with students/clients.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Prior experience as a Tele-Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, or in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Strong convincing and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM).

Empathy and patience while counselling students/parents.
Time management and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience - 1-2 year
